William P. Kutz

William P. Kutz, 87, formerly of Laureldale died August 6, 2009 in Mifflin Center, Cumru Township.

He was married to the late Frances J. (Yaklich) Kutz who died October 22, 1999.

Born January 3, 1922 in Laureldale, he was a son of the late Oscar G. and Dora (Boyer) Lutz.

William was employed as a machinist for Lieberknecht and Western Electric for 40 years, retiring in 1987.

He served in the U.S. Army during WWII.

Surviving is a son, David F. Kutz of Laureldale and a grandson, William J. Kutz, Jr. of Temple, with whom he resided for the past four years.

In addition, there is a sister, Frances M. (Kutz) Kane of New Jersey surviving.

William was predeceased by a son, William J. Kutz, Sr. and a sister, Gladys F. (Kutz) Sassaman.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Exeter Township.
