William E. Legrande

William E. "Nat" LeGrande, Jr., 80 of Wyomissing passed away on March 7, 2023 at Phoenixville Hospital. Born in Pottstown, PA, he was the son of the late William E. LeGrande Sr. and Helen M. (Gudebrod) LeGrande.

A graduate of Staunton Military Academy in VA, Nat then attended the University of Georgia where he was a varsity swimmer. He worked at Gudebrod Inc. in Pottstown for 50 years which he retired as President/CEO in 2010.

Nat loved skiing and was a member of the Flying Dutchman Ski Club for 35 years. He had a life long interest in trees and served as a member of the Wyomissing Shade Tree Commission. Nat, also was an Amity Township Supervisor for 10 years. Throughout his life he had a passion for wine and different kinds of food, always looking for his next favorite.

Surviving is his son: William E. LeGrande III, wife, Ana LeGrande, sister; Irene Taylor, husband Darryl Taylor, brother, E. David LeGrande and grandchildren, William E. LeGrande IV and Henry Juan LeGrande.
