William A. Kramer

William A. "Bill" Kramer, 68, of Hamburg, passed away unexpectedly on January 20, 2025, at Penn State Health, St. Joseph Hospital.

He was the loving husband of 47 years to Sherry L. (Keffer) Kramer.

Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Raymond M. and Bertha "Dolores" (Krell) Strunk.

He was a graduate of Schuylkill Valley High School.

Bill was employed by East Penn Manufacturing for 25 years as a Lab Technician.

Bill was recognized by his family and friends as a dedicated and hardworking individual, earning the admiration of his colleagues and fellow gym-goers at Planet Fitness, where he maintained an impressive fitness routine, working out three times a week. He had a passion for the outdoors, seizing every chance to go hunting and fishing.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two children, Tina Ernst and Brian, husband of Stephanie Kramer, all of Hamburg; two siblings, Raymond, husband of Connie Kramer, VA, and Lonah, wife of Frank Deavellar, FL. Five grandchildren: Domanick, Briana, Noah, Caleb, and Sophia, also survive him.

A Celebration of Life Service will be Saturday February 1, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at Kuhn Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 40 S. 4th St. Hamburg, PA 19526. Burial will be private. A visitation for family and friends will be Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
