Vogel Marie (Jones) Holloway, 84, of Spring Township, died January 19, 2013 in Reading Hospital and Medical Center, surrounded by her loving family.
She was the devoted wife of the late Donald W. Holloway, whom she married 62 years ago on January 10, 1951.
Born in Mifflinville, she was a daughter of the late William J. and Helen Jones.
Vogel was a 1946 graduate of Mifflinville High School. She also graduated from Raylon Beauty School.
She was the owner and operator of Chapel Hill Golf Course for 20 years and built and operated five rollerskating rinks.
Vogel's world revolved around her family. They were her number one priority and she loved them dearly. She cherished the times spent together.
She is survived by her three children: Deborah A. Holloway, William D. Holloway and Bradley A., husband of Deborah L. Holloway, all of Spring Township. Also surviving are her brothers, Bruce Jones, Mifflinville, and Robert Jones, Spring Township.
Other survivors include four grandchildren: Carl Furillo, husband of Melissa, Courtney Furillo, Brandon Holloway, and Ryan Holloway, husband of Danielle. Five great grandchildren, Carleigh, Kali, Mia, Rylynn, and Reese also survive her.
In addition to her husband, Vogal was predeceased by her brother Archie Jones.

A private memorial service will be held in the convenience of the family. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Friends may attend a luncheon at Chapel Hill Golf Course on January 26, 2013 at 12:30 p.m.
