Virginia R. Impink

Virginia R. (Borst) Impink, 72, of Wyomissing, passed away March 2, 2015, in St. Joseph Hospital.

She was the wife of Thomas G. Impink.

Born in Reading she was the daughter of Charles A., Jr., (deceased) and Mary R. (Stubblebine) Borst.

She was a 1960 graduate of Central Catholic High School.

Virginia was a member of St. Ignatius Loyola Roman Catholic Church, Whitfield.

She was an aide in the home economics department at Reading High School . She later worked 10 years for UGI Energy Services in Wyomissing, where she was a Senior Collection Specialist, retiring in 2012.

Virginia was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She loved the beach and was an avid reader.

In addition to her husband she is survived by five children, Alan M, husband of Tanya L, Schwenksville, Sandra I, wife of Andrew N Houen, Ellicott City, MD, Matthew C, husband of Laura A, Berlin, MD, Sam J, Baltimore, MD and Mary I, wife of Brian D Pell, Baltimore, MD; six grandchildren; and three siblings, Mary Ann Jacisin, Hacketstown, NJ, Charles A Borst III, Whitfield and Joseph G Borst, Malvern.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 11:30 a.m. in St. Ignatius Loyola R. C. Church, 2810 St Albans Dr, Sinking Spring, PA 19608. Friends may call Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the church. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Ignatius St. Vincent de Paul Society at the above address. Edward J.
