Virginia J. Henne

Virginia J. Henne, 76, of Hillside Drive, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, died May 9 in the Select Specialty Hospital, Camp Hill, where she had been a patient April 4.

She was the wife of Richard H. Henne.

Born in Fishing Creek Valley, Dauphin County, she was a daughter of the late Kermit and Eva (Hess) Straw.

Henne was employed for 16 years as a waitress by the West Reading Diner until her retirement.

She was a 1945 graduate of Wilson High School.

Henne was a member of the Chapel Hill United Church of Christ, Camp Hill.

Surviving is a daughter, Lynn A. (Henne) Beres, Etters, York County.

Other survivors include a sister, Marlene C. (Straw) Moser, Oley.

Services will be Thursday at noon in the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading. Burial will be in Hain's Church Cemetery, Lower Heidelberg Township.
