Virginia D. Dreher

Virginia D. (Noll) Dreher, 94, of Oley Township, passed away June 16, 2014, at Mifflin Center.

Her husband Donald H. Dreher, Sr., died March 22, 2000.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Luther and Annie Mae (Bott) Noll.

Surviving are three children, Diana M. Quirin, Oley Township, Susan, wife of John Noecker, Sinking Spring and Donald H., Jr., Oley Township. Also surviving is her sister, Joan, wife of Dale Gaul, Reading; three grandchildren, Randy Quirin, husband of Eileen, Shillington, Jeff Quirin, husband of Meryl, VA and Kimberly Stehman, wife of Scott, Wernersville. Nine great-grandchildren, Amanda Pavetto, Nicholas Quirin, Katelyn Quirin, Mark Quirin, Wes Quirin, Michael Quirin, Taylor Quirin, Alan Stehman and Karysa Lattanzio and one great-great granddaughter, Jade Rivera also survive her. She was predeceased by two grandsons, Troy Sweitzer and Mark Quirin and four siblings, Mary Phillips, Luther Noll, Miriam Bachman and Evelyn Borrell.

Virginia liked playing cards, bingo and going to the Casino at Atlantic City.

She was a member of Zion Spies Lutheran Church, Reading.

She was a longtime member of the Tall Cedars Ladies Auxiliary and Marching Unit of the Neversink Forest, Eastern Star, Golden Rule/Reading Chapter for over 50 years.

Services will be Saturday at 12 p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading with a viewing from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Burial will be in Spies-Zion Cemetery.
