Virginia Elizabeth (Barnett) Born, 81, of Robeson Township, died on October 18, 2007 in St. Joseph Medical Center where she had been a patient since October 17.
She was the widow of Lawrence I. Born who died, March 3, 1983.
Born on November 8, 1925 in Parkersburg, WV, she was a daughter to the late George and Lillian (Grim) Barnett.
Virginia graduated from Parkersburg High School in 1943. She also graduated from Camden Clark School of Nursing.
Virginia was employed by St. Joseph's Hospital as an anesthetist for many years. She was later employed as an Industrial nurse for Exide, where she retired from in 1990.
She was a former member of Faith Evangelical Congregational Church, Temple.
Surviving are a son, Allen B., husband of Jean (Torel) Born of Riverside, CA and a daughter, Jacqueline B. Orth of Robeson Township.
She is also survived by a brother, Dr. Charles Barnett, Parkersburg, WV and his family and a sister, Mildred (Dulin) Kincheloe, Parkersburg, WV and her family.
Virginia was predeceased by a brother, Harry Barnett.
There are also three grandchildren, Cain R.J. Orth, Michelle M. (Born) Jackson and Brandon A. Born.
There is one great grandchild expected any day.

No services will be held as per Virginia's wishes. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105. Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
