Viola L. Binner

Viola L. (Fry) Binner, 88 of Hamburg died December 11, 2010 in the Reading Hospital and Medical Center where she had been a patient the past two days. She was the widow of Raymond L. Binner who died February 21, 2001. Viola was born in Reading and was the daughter of the late Henry G.W. and Melinda (Bailey) Fry. She worked as a waitress at the Hamburg Diner for 30 years retiring in 1984. Viola is survived by 2 daughters, Shirley wife of Richard Trabosh, Hamburg and Joan M. wife of Larry Thomas, Punxsutawney, 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a granddaughter, Kathleen Specht in 1987. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 AM from the Burkey & Driscoll Funeral Home, Inc. Hamburg.
