Vincent P. Schnader

Vincent P. Schnader, 80, passed away peacefully, October 17, 2016, at Chestnut Knoll Living Center, Boyertown, PA.

His wife, Grace (Lembo) Schnader, died February 6, 2016.

Born in Shillington, he was the son of the late William R. and Caroline (Schmeck) Schnader.

He was a U.S Navy veteran, serving during the Korean Conflict, and was very proud to serve his country.

Vincent retired from Western Union where he was an electrical technician.

He will be remembered for his love and devotion for his wife Grace and their precious time gardening at their home in Allentown.

Vincent is survived by his daughter, Sandra, widow of John McEvoy, Allentown; two brothers: Edward, husband of Diane Schnader, West Wyomissing; and Lew, husband of Monica Schnader, Maiden Creek. Two grandchildren: Heather VanLiere, Tallahassee, FL; and Brenden, husband of Kimberlee McEvoy, Fort Collins, CO; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews also survive him.

He was predeceased by his sister, Victoria.

Prayer Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Resurrection at Gethsemane Cemetery with entombment to follow. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Michael J.
