Vincent H. Harbach

Vincent H. Harbach, 91, formerly of Cleveland Avenue, West Wyomissing, died April 3 in the Salem Health and Rehabilitation Center, Salem, Va.

He was the husband of Ruth (Machmer) Harbach.

Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Howard F. and Katie (Hemminger) Harbach.

Harbach had been employed for 39 years by Armour & Co., at the firm's Reading and Hazleton, Luzerne County locations, retiring in 1976.

He was a member of Christ Episcopal Church and a former board member of Reading Urban Ministries.

Harbach was a volunteer with the Reading Emergency Shelter.

He was a 1930 graduate of Reading High School.

Harbach is also survived by a son, David V., Herndon, Va., and a daughter, Nancy J. Harbach, Salem, Va.

There are also two grandchildren.

Services will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. in Christ Episcopal Church. Burial will be in Laureldale Cemetery, Tuckerton. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading, is in charge of arrangements.
