Valeria Barbara Lewandowski

Valeria Barbara Lewandowski, 105, of Muhlenberg Township died January 17, 2010 in ManorCare Health Services Center, Muhlenberg Township.

Born January 15, 1905 in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Stanley and Mary (Sakeiwicz)Lewandowski.

Valeria was employed with Infant Socks, Reading for a number of years. She was also employed as a saleslady with W.T. Grant, Reading for a number of years.

Valeria was a member of Holy Guardian Angels R.C. Church, Hyde Park.

Surviving is a great niece and Goddaughter Margie Bender and several other great nieces and nephews.

Valeria was predeceased by her nephew, with whom she resided most of her life, Chester J. Druzba, husband of Phyllis M. (Sparr) Druzba of Muhlenberg Township.

She was also predeceased by four siblings: Walter Lewandowski, Roy Lewandowski, Victoria Ratajczak and Antonette "Mary" Druzba and a nephew Chester J. Druzba.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 10 a.m. in Holy Guardian Angels Church, 3121 Kutztown Road, Reading, PA 19605. A viewing will be held from 9:30-10:00 a.m. in the church. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Muhlenberg Township.
