Urella Germaine Gabriel

Urella Germaine Gabriel, 72, of Wyomissing Hills, was peacefully called home to the Lord on February 13, 2015.

Born in Castries, St. Lucia, West Indies, she was the daughter of the late Gabriel Moise and Rosalie Louis.

Urella worked as a Payroll Supervisor for the Adult Education Program, New York City Board of Education until her retirement in 2006.

She is survived by her son, Vincent, husband of Georgelyn Maximen-Placide of Essex, England; daughters, Edith, wife of

Christopher Cazaubon of Douglassville and Beverley Gabriel of Wyomissing Hills; sisters Cecilia Louison of Montreal, Canada, Denise Hutson of Barbados, West Indies and brother, Phillip Sydney of St. Lucia, West Indies. Also surviving are grandchildren, Cheyenne and Siedah Cazaubon of Douglassville, Rachael, Jason Howison and Rianna Placide of England; caregiver, Therese Keite.

Urella was predeceased by siblings Milton Moise, Edison Moise, Russel Gabriel and Elizabeth Preville.

Services for Urella Germaine Gabriel will be held on Thursday, February 19th, 11 am at Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Avenue, West Reading, PA 19611. Friends may call on the family from 10 to 11 am at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Susan G.
