Tracey Anne Evans

Tracey Anne Evans, 60, of West Reading, PA passed away March 21, 2021, at Penn State Health Saint Joseph Medical Center.

As the mother of three children and a Registered Nurse of over 15 years, there is no doubt that Tracey was a passionate caretaker. Always thinking of the small things that left the biggest impact on those around her. A lover of all things beautiful, she spent her time renovating her homes, gardening, and cooking up a storm. She loved to hit the casinos with friends, visit the farmers market on Sundays, and was known to be one of the best storytellers around.

Tracey is survived by her children: Jeremy Scott Fisher, Zoë Rayn Evans, and Haley Storm Evans. They plan to keep their mother's memory alive the way they know she would want - by hitting the casinos, visiting the farmers market, and telling her favorite stories.

A visitation will be held Sunday, April 11, 2021, from 9:30 am to 11 a.m. at Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading, PA with services to begin at 11 a.m. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Condolences may be expressed at www.kuhnfuneralhomes.com.
