Todd G. Sheehan

Todd G. Sheehan, 67, of Shillington, PA, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at the Reading Hospital.

Todd is survived by his daughter, Adrienne Beck, of Wyomissing; his brother, Thomas F. Sheehan, Jr. (Patricia), of Bernville; his grandchildren, Sohee and Suri Lee of Wyomissing; and his nieces and nephews, Christopher Sheehan of Philadelphia, Lauren Sheehan Rittle of Doylestown, and Connor Sheehan, MD, of Philadelphia.

He is predeceased by his parents, Thomas and Suzanne (Goebert) Sheehan and his constant companion, his dog Winston.

Todd was born in Clearfield, PA and subsequently lived in Elderton (PA), Blue Springs (MO), Oley (PA) and Fleetwood (PA).

He graduated from Oley Valley High School in 1976, where he was a stand-out All-County soccer player, before attending Penn State University. He had a 30+ year career in the hotel business with senior management roles at The Inn at Reading (PA), Hampton Inns in Wyomissing (PA), Foglesville (PA) and Flint (MI), and the Lincoln Plaza Hotel & Conference Center, Reading (PA). In fact, Todd was one of the partners responsible for developing the $20 million project that restored the former Abraham Lincoln Hotel into The Lincoln Plaza Hotel and Conference Center. He also developed and operated the award-winning Kansas City Steakhouse restaurant at Lincoln Plaza.

After leaving the hotel business, Todd owned and operated a successful landscaping company, Cost Cutters Landscaping, of Fleetwood, PA. Outside of work, Todd enjoyed golf at Willow Hollow and the company of his friends. He was also heavily involved with Opportunity House of Reading, Baseballtown Charities and Reading's annual Berks Jazz Fest. He will be missed dearly by his family and all those who knew him.

Services will be private at the family's convenience. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Baseballtown Charities (PO Box 15050, Reading, PA 19612-5050) in Todd's memory.
