Thomas P. Terefenko

Thomas P. Terefenko, 69, died October 2, 2009 in his New York City residence.

Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Joseph and Julia (Najor) Terefenko.

Thomas was a graduate of John Carroll University, University Heights, OH.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Thomas was a research technician at the New School University, Manhattan, NY.

His many interests included astronomy and photography and he was a published playwrite on off Broadway. His passion for photography was most evident in his photos of Central Park.

Thomas is survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Prayer services will be held Friday at 2:00 pm in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading, with Fr. David Kozak celebrating. A visitation will be held one hour prior to services in the funeral home. Burial will be private. For online condolences, visit www.kuhnfuneralhome.com.
