Thomas F. Ringler, 62, of Exeter Township, passed away, June 8, 2008 in the Reading Hospital.
He was the husband of Iris N. (Gehris) Ringler. He was predeceased by his first wife, Sharon J.K. (Keller) Ringler, who died on February 21, 1986.
Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Ralph and Marie (Levengood) Ringler.
He was a graduate of Thomas R. Patton Masonic Institute For Boys, Elizabethtown in 1963 and Penn State University with a degree in Industrial Engineering in 1967.
Thomas was employed by Century 21 Park Rd., Wyomissing as a realtor for five years. Previous career achievements include: Director of Industrial Engineering for Morgan Corporation, co-owner of the Wacker Trucking Co., Philadelphia and owner of Standard Auto Body Corp., Reading.
He was a member of Schwarzwald Lutheran Church, Jacksonwald and Chandler Lodge #227 F. and A.M. Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, Valley of Reading.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Kelly R., wife of Thao H. Nguyen, Exeter Township; and two grandchildren, Holly S. Behm; and Evan A. Nguyen.
Thomas is predeceased by a brother, Rodney Ringler on January 11, 2002.
Services will be Thursday at 11:00 a.m. in Schwarzwald Lutheran Church, 250 Church Lane Rd., Reading, PA 19606. Burial will be in Laureldale Cemetery.
