Thomas Paskevich

Thomas Paskevich, 88, passed away in the arms of his loving Lord June 18, 2010 in his Spring Township residence.

His wife Elizabeth M. (Shugar) Paskevich died October 5, 1986.

Born in Beaver Meadows, PA, he was the son of the late Michael and Mary (Kovalick) Paskevich.

He was a U.S. Navy veteran serving during WWII.

Thomas was employed for 35 years by Georgia Pacific as a warehouse leader, retiring in 1984.

He was a member of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, West Reading, and a member of the Adamstown VFW.

He is survived by his sister, Mary Prosser, Muhlenberg Park, three nephews, Dr. John Hornak, Richard Andreas and Christian Prosser; and two nieces, Nancy O'Boyle and Joann Vitacco.

Thomas was predeceased by his son, Jeffrey T. Paskevich; three brothers, Michael, Joseph and Stephan and two sisters, Ann Hornak and Helen Andreas.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. in Sacred Heart Church, entombment will follow in Gethsemane Mausoleum with military honors.
