Thomas W. Malack

Thomas W. Malack, 51, of Reading, passed away February 25, 2017, in the Reading Hospital.

He was the beloved husband of Donna (Drake) Malack with whom he celebrated 29 years of marriage.

Born in Quakertown, he was the son of the late Leonard and Joan (Statuti) Migliaccio.

Tom was a graduate of Quakertown High School and McCarrie School of Health Science, where he received an Associates in Labratory Science.

He was employed by Reading Hospital for over 30 years.

Tom was an avid sports fan. He enjoyed traveling with his family, and collecting cards, board games and many other items. Tom was also an animal lover, especially his dogs, Manny and Opie, but his true love was spending time surrounded by his family.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his five children, Megan Malack, Columbia, South Carolina; Nicole J. Malack, Reading; Cassandra M. Malack, Reading; Melissa M. Malack, Reading; and Thomas L. Malack, Reading; and brother, Leonard Migliaccio, Reading.

Services will be held Wednesday, March 1, 2017, at 1 p.m. in the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading. A viewing will be from held from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be private at the convienence of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Tom's memory to The Children's Home of Reading, 1010 Centre Ave, Reading, PA 19601.
