Thomas Robert "Bob" Brennan, 80, Wyomissing, died Dec. 8 in Reading Hospital.
His wife, Mary L. (Foley) Brennan, died Jan. 17, 1997.
Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Thomas P. and Mary (Sheehan) Brennan.
Brennan was employed for 33 years as manager for wages and salary administration by AT&T Reading Works, Muhlenberg Township, retiring Dec. 1, 1985.
He was a 1943 graduate of Reading High School and a 1949 graduate of Kutztown State Teacher's College with a bachelor's degree in physics. He received a master's degree in business administration from Temple University, Philadelphia, in 1951.
Brennan was a member of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, West Reading.
He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
Surviving are two sons, John W., Frederick, Md., and R. Terrance, Olney, Md.; and a daughter, Anne B. (Brennan) Martin, Sinking Spring.
Other survivors include a sister, Eleanor M. Brennan, Wyomissing; and seven grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a daughter, Colleen M. Brennan, in 2000.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated this morning at 9:30 in Sacred Heart Church. Entombment will be in Gethsemane Cemetery Mausoleum, Laureldale. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading, is in charge of arrangements.
