Thomas S. Biermaas

Thomas Sumner Biermaas, Jr., 87, died December 25, 2012 in his Laureldale Borough residence.

He was the husband of Eveyln Elizabeth (LaMont) Biermaas, whom he married February 15, 1944.

Born in Wildwood, New Jersey on August 23, 1925, he was a son of the late Thomas S. Sr., and Katherine (Britsch) Biermaas.

He was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church, Laureldale.

Thomas was employed as a molder and later a foreman with HG Enderlein, Mayfair.

He was an Army Veteran of WWII.

Thomas is also survived by two daughters: Victoria Mader of South Dakota and Patricia Smith of Florida.

Other survivors include a brother, Jack, husband of Muriel Biermaas of Harrisburg; eleven grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

There will be no public services. Burial with Military Honors will be in Whitemarsh Memorial Park, Ambler.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Calvary Lutheran Church, 1009 Elizabeth Ave., Laureldale, PA 19605.
