Therman A. Mcmullen

Therman A. McMullen, 84, of 3014 Marion Avenue, Laureldale, Pa 19605 died March 29th at 5:45 a.m. in the Community Campus of St. Joseph's Hospital, where he had been since March 14th.

His wife Geraldine R. "Jean" (Reinhold) McMullen died January 6, 2002.

Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Albert T. and Mary Ann "Mame" (Feather) McMullen.

He was a 1937 graduate of Reading High School.

McMullen was a member of Rosedale United Church of Christ, Laureldale.

He worked for 48 years as a machine operator at Wyomissing Paper Company before retiring in 1983.

McMullen was an Army Veteran of WWII.

He is survived by a daughter, Patricia A. wife of Michael L. Owens of Spring Township.

Other survivors include a grandson, Sean M. Owens of Brooklyn, New York.

Services will be Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., Laureldale. Rev. Victor Kroninger officiating. Viewing Tuesday evening 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Exeter Township.
