Theresa Valentine

Theresa Valentine, 89, of 427 Pennsylvania Ave., Hyde Park died March 17, 2002 in Manor Care Health Services., Laureldale at 2:15 p.m. where she had been since 11/19/2001.

Born in Reading she was the daughter of the late Louis and Julia (Bachetti) Seghetti

Theresa was a box stamper for the former Talbott Knitting Mills for eleven years, retiring in 1978.

She was in the Ladies Auxillary for the Shoemakersville Fire Company.

Member of Holy Guardian Angels Roman Catholic Church, Laureldale.

She is survived by a brother John Seghetti of Mifflin Park. Two sisters Olga (Seghetti) Cinesi of Lauderhill, Fla., and Mary (Seghetti) Piergrossi of Hyde Park. Also survived by two grandchildren, Christopher M. Buckley of Oneonta, NY, Melissa J. (Buckley) Hertzler of Bern Township, and two great granddaughters, Rachel and Christine Buckley.

Theresa was predeceased by a daughter Joanne (Valentine) Klinger (Died March 6, 1987) and a sister Ernesta (Seghetti) Pelle.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. in Holy Guardian Angels Roman Catholic Church, Laureldale. Viewing will be held Wednesday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale, Pa 19605. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Laureldale.
