Theresa C. Palamar

Theresa Catherine Palamar, 76, of Muhlenberg Township, died September 3, 2009 in St. Joseph Medical Center, Bern Township at 1:39 a.m.

Born July 15, 1933 in St. Clair, Schuylkill County, she was a daughter of the late Anthony Frank and Eva (Pukas) Ughes.

Theresa was a member of Holy Guardian Angels R.C. Church, Hyde Park.

She enjoyed raising children and spending time with her dogs.

Surviving are five children, Teresa L. (Palamar), wife of Mark R. Reeser of Spring Township; Joseph K. Palamar of Temple; Kevin M., husband of Judy L. Palamar of Allentown; Michael A. Palamar of Muhlenberg Township; and Dr. Christopher M., husband of Deborah A. (Hinkle) Palamar of Bern Township.

Other survivors include a brother, Robert, husband of Peggy Ughes, of Pottsville.

There are also seven grandchildren surviving: Jason M. and Bryan D. Palamar, Maclane R. and Kyle J. Reeser, Cheyenne M. and Carissa E. and Derrick A. Palamar.

In addition, there are three nephews and one niece surviving.

Theresa was predeceased by a son, a sister, Virginia Achenbach, a brother Walter Ughes, and two grandsons Westley J. Pletz, III. and Morgan D. Palamar.

Prayer services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. in the Chapel of Resurrection at Gethsemane Cemetery, 3139 Kutztown Road, Muhlenberg Township. Burial will be in the Mausoleum in the chapel.
