Theresa M. Marulla

Theresa M. Marulla, 83, of Monroe Avenue, Spring Township, died Nov. 16 in her residence.

Her husband, Tony Marulla, died March 26, 2002.

Born in Calabria, Italy, she was a daughter of the late John and Rose (Fulginiti) Fulginiti.

Marulla had been employed for 10 years as a machine operator by H. Oritsky Clothing Manufacturing & Co., Reading, retiring in 1982. She previously worked 15 years in the same capacity for Wide Awake Shirt Co. Inc., Reading.

She was a member of Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church, Reading.

Marulla was vice president of the local chapter of the National Shut-In Society, Reading.

She is survived by a brother, Vincent Fulginiti, in Florida, and a sister, Maria (Fulginiti) Fiorentino, Calabria.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. in Holy Rosary Church. Entombment will be in Gethsemane Cemetery Mausoleum, Laureldale. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading, is in charge of arrangements.
