Theresa M. Kubacki

Theresa M. Kubacki, 88, of Garfield Avenue, West Wyomissing, died Jan. 21 at 2 p.m. in Reading Hospital, where she had been a patient since Jan. 8.

She was taken to the hospital from Columbia Cottage, Spring Township.

Her husband, Edwin R. Kubacki, died Aug. 25, 1994.

Born in Beacon, N.Y., she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Rose (LaRocca) Crocona.

Kubacki was employed as a topper by the Berkshire Knitting Mills, Wyomissing, retiring in 1976.

She was a member of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, West Reading.

Surviving is a daughter, Sandra C. (Kubacki) Shoffner, King of Prussia, Montgomery County.

Other survivors include a sister, Clarise (Crocona) Zogas, Sanibel, Fla.; and two grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 9:30 a.m. in Sacred Heart Church. Entombment will be in Gethsemane Cemetery Mausoleum, Laureldale. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading, is in charge of arrangements.
