Theresa M. Hesser

Theresa Marie (Ketterer) Hesser, 50, died June 18, 2007 in her Spring Township residence.

She was the wife of Brian Eric Hesser, whom she married September 13, 1980.

Born June 25, 1956 in St. Joseph Hospital, Reading, she was a daughter of William Edward and Alice Theresa (Lynch) Ketterer of Muhlenberg Township.

She was a 1974 graduate of Muhlenberg High School and a 1978 graduate of Kutztown University, where she graduated Summa Cum Lade and was the Grand Marshall of her graduating class.

Terry was employed 29 years with William Fox Monroe, Shillington, last working in 2006 as a Graphics Art Designer.

She was a member of St. Ignatius Loyola Roman Catholic Church, Whitfield.

Terry volunteered for a number of years with the Historical Society of Berks County.

She is also survived by two daughters, Ashley Elizabeth Hesser, a student at Albright College and Erin Margaret Hesser, a student a Wilson High School.

Other survivors include a brother, Brian William husband of Jo-Ann (Trupp) Ketterer of Penn Township and a sister, Colleen Ann wife of Terry J. Laky of Breinigsville, Lehigh County.

There are also two nephews and three nieces.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday at 10am in the Chapel of St. George at Gethsemane Cemetery, 3139 Kutztown Rd., Muhlenberg Twp. A viewing will be held Wednesday evening 6:30 - 8:00 pm in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, 3300 Kutztown Rd., Laureldale. Entombment will be in Gethsemane Mausoleum.
