Theresa J. "Reisl" Flock, 83, of Wyomissing, passed away November 15, 2013 in Columbia Cottage.

She was the widow of Joseph J. Flock, III

Born May 4, 1930 in Straubing, Germany, she was a daughter of the late August and Therese (Lauer) Kerscher. She met her husband at the Reading Leiderkranz in the 1950's while she was working in the area. She returned to Germany and was employed by the city of Munich as a clerical worker. While in Germany, she corresponded with Joseph for eight years. In 1962 she came back to Reading to marry Joseph.

She worked at the Berkshire Knitting Mills and after marriage became a homemaker in Leesport. She enjoyed ballroom dancing, skiing, gardening, taking care of her family, and providing guidance to her sons.

Theresa was a member of St. Ignatius Loyola R.C. Church, Whitfield. Her family members belong to the Reading Leiderkranz. She was a member of the local Reading Parkinson's Support Group.

Theresa is survived by her two sons: Joseph A., husband of Tricia Flock, and their daughters, Ruth and Theresa, Slippery Rock, and Tomas F., husband of Sonja Liebich, Shillington.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 1 p.m. in St. Ignatius Loyola R.C. Church, 2810 St Albans Dr., Sinking Spring. A viewing will be held from 12 to 1 p.m. in the church. Burial will be in Epler's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Parkinson Disease Association, 135 Parkinson Ave., Parkinson Plaza, Staten Island, NY 10305-1425 www.apdaparkinson.org. Edward J.
