Theodore Roy Knepp

Theodore R. "Ted" Knepp, 84, passed away on Saturday, July 13, 2024 at home in Glenmoore. He was the loving husband of Dawn (Benner) Knepp, with whom he shared 52 years of marriage.

Born in Shillington, he was a son of the late Roy and Dorothy (Ostrowski) Knepp. After graduating Governor Mifflin High School (Class of 1957), he began a long career as an electrician with IBEW Local 743, retiring in 2002. He was fully enjoying his retirement boating and spending time at the Delaware beaches, and most of all, spending time with his grandchildren.

Left to cherish his memory are wife, Dawn; grandchildren: Ryan, Benjamin, Joshua, Bradon, Zachary, and Ella; brother, James Knepp and his wife Loretta, of New Hope; son-in-law Jonathan Howe and his wife Erinn, of Glenmoore; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a beloved daughter, Nicole (Knepp) Howe.

Services will be held on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at 11:30 a.m. at Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc. 739 Penn Avenue, West Reading, PA 19611. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, July 23 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and again on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the charity of your choice in Ted's memory.
