Theodore Calvin Clouser

Theodore Calvin Clouser, 82, formerly of Douglassville, passed away July 24, 2017, at Seasons Hospice, Phoenixville.

His wife, Betty Jean (Erickson) Clouser, died October 21, 2010.

Born in Stony Creek, he was a son of the late Arlington and Dorothy (Houser) Clouser.

He was a retired U.S Navy Petty Officer 1st Class.

He was a member of St. Catharine of Siena Roman Catholic Church, Mt. Penn.

Theodore enjoyed camping and square dancing with his wife Betty.

He is survived by five children: Leo (Marcella) Clouser, Fontana, CA; Kevin Clouser, Bethlehem; Colleen (Frank) DeCamillo, Everett, WA; Peggy Clouser; and Jennie Martin, both of Reading. Two sisters: Peggy Dewald and Sundae Lausch; five grandchildren: Derek Clouser, Aaron Clouser, Patrick Clouser, Nicole Heizmann, and Lydia Martin; and three great-grandchildren: Reagan Clouser, Max Clouser, and Blair Clouser also survive him.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, August 5, 2017, at 10 am at the Chapel of St. George at Gethsemane Cemetery with interment to follow. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be recorded at www.kuhnfuneralhomes.com.
