Terry Louis Pingitore

Terry L. Pingitore, 66, of West Reading, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 27, 2019, in the Reading Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Michigan, he was the only son of the late Louis and Patricia (Molkoski) Pingitore, and was the loving husband of Crystal (Tollinchi) Pingitore.

A Reading High School graduate, Terry served in the US Marine Corps for 22 years, including a tour of duty in Iraq. He attended Keystone College and Temple University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, later working at numerous power plants in the region.

Terry had an amazing sense of humor, and spent his entire life taking care of everyone he met. The ultimate "people pleaser," he was a terrific Italian cook, and made sure everyone was well-fed and left his dinner table with a smile.

Terry enjoyed traveling to Atlantic City, spending time in the casinos, and boating on the ocean. He also cherished quiet time at home, tending to his garden full of beautiful flowers and plants of all kinds.

In addition to his wife, Terry is survived by his sons: Ronnie, husband of Wendy, Douglassville, Aaron, Douglassville, and Anthony, Reading; and his daughters: Christina and Chelsea, both of Reading. Also surviving are the true lights of his life, his 10 grandchildren.

A Celebration of Terry's life will be held from 5:00-7:00pm on Tuesday, April 2, at the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Avenue, West Reading.
