Sylvia A Geise

Sylvia A. Geise, 87, passed away peacefully on November 24, 2023 at St. Joseph's Hospital. Born in Freeburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late John and Edna (Boyer) Klingler. She was the wife of Alvin A. Geise, who predeceased her.

Sylvia was the President of the Calvary UCC Bowling League, was Officer of the Northmont Fellowship Association, was an avid Philadelphia 76ers and Phillies fan, loved cats, music, and putting together jigsaw puzzles.

Surviving are two children; son, Jimmy (Sherry) Geise, and daughter, Cindy (Mike) Seisler, and one granddaughter, Brianna Myers. She was preceded in death by a son, Bradley A. Myers, and siblings, Robert Klingler and Shirley Klingler Good.

A memorial service will be held at Kuhn Funeral Home, 739 Penn Avenue, West Reading, PA, 19611 on Sunday, December 3, 2023 at 4 PM. A visitation will be held from 3 PM until the time of service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Rescue League of Berks County.
