Susan M. Pellicciotti

Susan M. Pellicciotti, 87, formerly of North Eighth Street, died Oct. 17 in Berks Heim Annex, where she had resided since April 26, 1994.

Her husband, John V. Pellicciotti, died Oct. 5, 1990.

Born in Hazleton, she was a daughter of the late Louis and Amelia (Piccino) Philistine.

Pellicciotti was employed for several years as a machine operator by the Wide Awake Shirt Co., Hyde Park, until her retirement.

She was a member of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Reading.

Surviving are a daughter, Elizabeth L. (Pellicciotti) Kornoski, Laureldale, and a son, John L., Reading.

Other survivors include two sisters, Rose (Philistine) Mandart and Lorraine (Philistine) Mahoski, both of Hazleton.

There are also four grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 10 a.m. in St. Joseph Church. Viewing Monday 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Laureldale.
