Stratton Stefanowicz

Stratton Stefanowicz, age 31, went to be with the Lord and his loving Popou on Saturday March 19, 2011. Born and raised in Reading, Stratton graduated from Muhlenberg High School in 1998. He was a graduate of Penn State University, where he received his bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics and Economics. Stratton earned his MBA in Marketing in 2008 from Notre Dame University. He worked for Tyson Food, Springdale, Arkansas, in marketing and advertising.

Known for his good humor and ability to make others laugh, Stratton was a beloved son, brother, nephew, cousin, grandson, and friend and was loved by many. He was an avid fan of fantasy football and a sports enthusiast. Stratton also spent many hours learning and reading about finance and following the stock market, a trait he acquired from his Popou. He was a lifelong member of Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church.

Stratton is survived by his parents, Glenn Stefanowicz and Stephanie Z. Stefanowicz, and his sister Mercena Stefanowicz. Also surviving are his YiaYia, Catherine Zaharis, and grandmother Dorothy Stefanowicz.

Other survivors include his Nouna and Nouno, Vlacia Z. Campbell and David Campbell, his Thea and uncle, Demetria Z. Chupak and Daniel Chupak, his aunt and uncle Linda Anthony and John Anthony. Six cousins, Andrew Campbell, Joshua Chupak, Alexis Campbell, Christian Chupak, Brandon Anthony and Jilllian Anthony also survive him.

Services will be Monday at 1 p.m. in Sts. Constantine and Helen Church. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park. Friends may call Monday from 11:30 to 1 p.m. in the church.
