Steven Riegel

Steven Craig Riegel, 58, of Galloway, NJ, tragically passed away in his residence on June 3, 2024.

Son of the late Ralph and Leah (Deck) Riegel, Steven was born and raised in Reading PA with his four siblings: Rodney Riegel, husband of Amy Riegel; the late Cindy (Riegel) Eisenbise, partner of Bo Ulrich; Gary Riegel; and David Riegel, partner of Veronica Monismith. Steven is survived by his loving brothers along with his three nieces and two nephews.

A graduate of Reading High School, Steven had a passion for cars and motorcycles, which led him to pursue a long career in small engine repair. He also spent much time working on his own vehicles, including his Harley-Davidson bike that he loved very dearly and rode whenever he could. Steven also loved to give back and was known for contributing to the SPCA and Veteran's Memorial Funds.

More than anything, Steven loved his family. He adored his mom and sister, and would call them for all things good, bad, and anywhere in between. He also loved his brothers and always enjoyed their visits. He will be greatly missed by his family.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at 11 a.m. at Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading with burial to follow at Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church Cemetery.
