Steven Lee Fry

Steven Lee Fry, 56, of Muhlenberg Township, passed away at Penn State Health St. Joseph Hospital on July 5, 2024. Born in Reading, he was the son of Lester and Paulette (Dodson) Fry. Steven was the loving husband of Kristina (Eager) Fry, with whom he shared 32 years of marriage.

Steven worked as a service technician for Steve Moyer Subaru.

His passion for cars drove him to become a devoted Ford Mustang enthusiast, actively participating in the Berks County Mustang Car Club. Steven was known for his sociable nature and willingness to help others. Above all, he was cherished as a loving grandfather.

In addition to his parents and his spouse, Steven is survived by his daughter, Samantha Fry, significant other of Jon Fernandez, of Reading, and his two grandchildren, Alaina and Eretria Fernandez. Also surviving is his brother-in-law, Jason Eager, of Temple. He will be missed by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 31, 2024 at 11AM at Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, 739 Penn Avenue, West Reading. Friends and family will be received from 10-11AM at the funeral home.
