Steven Charles Fair

Steven Charles " Big Steve " Fair, 46, of Heidelberg Township, died December 21, 2013 in The Reading Hospital and Medical Center.

He was the husband of Vickie M. (Livingston) Fair, whom he married May 6, 1995.

Born March 18, 1967 in Reading, he was a son of Charles Allen and Shirley Ann (Ash) Fair.

Steven was a graduate of Wilson High School.

He was employed as a machinist with Dana Corporation. He was also employed as an instructor with Universal Technical Institute.

Steve loved working on cars, racing stock cars, fishing, and fabricating. He also enjoyed his time as a volunteer firefighter as a young man with Lower Heidelberg Township.

Surviving in addition to his wife, are his three children: Anthony J., husband of Jennifer Strausbaugh of Greenville, SC; Stefanie L., wife of Kevin Steffey of Wernersville and Monique Nieder of Wernersville.

Also surviving is his brother, Scott Allen, husband of Lori Fair and their two sons Derek and Alex of Spring City, PA.

There are also six grandchildren surviving.

A Memorial service will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc, 739 Penn Avenue, West Reading. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
