He was the loving husband of Stacey (Motznik) Bibbo.
Born in Reading, he was the son of Samuel C. and Sandra J. (Terefenko) Bibbo, Exeter Twp.
The joy of his life was his young son, Steven Michael Bibbo, Jr. Some of their favorite things to do included playing sports, going mini-golfing, and attending Reading Fightin Phils games as well as watching baseball on TV together. His other "baby" is a 1987 red Corvette convertible that he enjoyed taking to car shows and participating in events with the Skyline Drive Corvette Club.
Steve was an enthusiastic collector of nutcrackers, sports memorabilia and ticket stubs. He embraced life and enjoyed dancing, going to concerts and traveling; some of his favorite places were Hawaii, Mexico, Boston, Las Vegas, Baltimore and family vacations in Stone Harbor, NJ and Ocean City, MD.
Steve was a graduate of Exeter High School and Lincoln Technical Institute. He worked as a Quality Assurance Group Leader for nearly 30 years at
GAI-Tronics® in Mohnton.
He was a kind, caring and loyal friend; always willing to lend a hand or meet the guys for a "wing night". He was a passionate Philadelphia sports fan and also enjoyed attending the Reading Royals hockey games.
Steve was an avid bowler in the Reading Church League; belonged to Victor Emmanuel Society, Spartaco Club, Royal Order of Malamente, Oakbrook Social Club, and North End Rod and Gun Club.
He was a member of St. Catharine of Siena Roman Catholic Church, Mt. Penn.
