Stephen M. Pauley

Stephen Michael Pauley, 60, died December 1, 2010 in his Muhlenberg Township residence.

He was the husband of Janice Jo Pauley, who died January 30, 2006.

Born in West Reading, PA on December 15, 1949, he was a son of the late Gerald E. and Catherine M. (Denscheilman) Pauley.

He was a 1967 graduate of Reading High School.

Stephen was an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War.

He was employed 29 1/2 years with NGK Metals, Muhlenberg Township and later for five years with Freedom Alloy before retiring in 2008.

Stephen was a member of the Reading Company Technical & Historical Society.

He is survived by three step-children: Sean Tobias, Jason Tobias and Brett Tobias.

Other survivors include three siblings: Robert E., husband of Theresa E. (Delaney) Pauley of Mount Penn; Dolores M. (Pauley), widow of Larry L. Epler of Muhlenberg Township and James P. Pauley of Spring Township.

He was predeceased by a sister, Deborah Ann Pauley, who died in February, 1973.
