Stephen J. Core

Stephen "Steve" Core III, 82 of Limekiln PA passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 22, 2022.

Steve was born on February 23, 1940, in Pottstown, PA to the late Stephen J Core Jr. and Josephine Marie (Amadio) Core.

Steve was a Vietnam War veteran in the United States Air Force serving two enlistments and continued service in the Air Force Reserves. In addition, he had a career with the FAA and retired as a Quality Assurance inspector.

Steve was preceded in death by his son, Stephen J Core IV.

Steve was a lover of the outdoors and spent his past time fly fishing and hunting in the fields and streams of the United States. In addition, he was member of the 1983 US Pam American Games Pistol team and held several US records in the sport. He also was an avid golfer and played on courses throughout the US. He dearly loved his country and was proud of his service in the Air Force. Steve especially loved Ann Jackloski, who he referred to as his soulmate, princess and heartbeat.
