Stella Sianis

Stella Sianis, 85, of Wyomissing, died February 21 in ManorCare, Sinking Spring, where she had been since May 27, 2005.

Her husband John V. Sianis died October 24, 1999.

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Mary (Kageos) Harris.

She was a member of Saints Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church, Reading.

Sianis is survived by two sons, Harry J., Thornton, Colorado and James D., Wyomissing. Other survivors include one brother, James Harris, Reading and two sisters, Helen (Harris) Troika, and Sophie Harris, both of Reading. Other survivors include 3 grandchildren.

Services will be Friday at 10 a.m. in Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church 1001 East Wyomissing Boulevard Reading, PA 19611. Burial will be in Charles Evans Cemetery. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading is in charge of arrangements. Friends may call Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. in the funeral home and Friday from 9 to 10 a.m. at the church. Contributions may be made to the church at the above address.
