Stefanie Siatkowski

Stefanie Siatkowski, 93, of Reading, passed away August 3, 2014 in The Reading Hospital and Medical Center.

Born August 4, 1920 in Brooklyn, NY, she was a daughter of the late John and Anna Surowiec.

She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua R.C. Church, Millmont.

Stefanie is survived by her two children: John E. Siatkowski, Reading; and Eileen Tumminello, Temple. Also surviving are her sisters: Helena, widow of Anthony Gruchawka, Bozrah, CT; and Jean, widow of John Yacek, Long Island, NY; two granddaughters; two grandson; three great-granddaughters; one great-grandson; and several nieces and nephews.
