Stanley J. English, Jr.

Stanley J. English, Jr. 66, passed away June 21, 2018, in his Spring Township residence.

He was the loving husband of Lori A. (Morin) English. They married on October 22, 1977.

Born in West Reading, he was a son of the late Stanley J., Sr. and Gloria A. (Levengood) English.

He was a 1970 graduate of Wilson High School.

Stanley was employed by Carpenter for 34 years, retiring in 2016.

Stanley loved his family and his home, cutting his lawn and tinkering with all things mechanical. He enjoyed riding his Harley with his friends and spending time at Hit N Run Deer Camp and Cushion Peak Rod and Gun Club, Reinholds.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two children, Stanley J. English, III, Sinking Spring and Nicole Marie, wife of Matthew Blanski, and their daughter Mallory, Exeter Twp. One sister, Corrine Santoro and her daughter, Doriana Brine, of Gilbert, AZ also survive him.

Services will be held Tuesday, June 26, 2018, at 11 a.m. at Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading with burial to follow at Pleasant View Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Online condolences may be recorded at www.kuhnfuneralhomes.com.
