Sophie D. Kosa

Sophie D. "Sally" Kosa, 88, Pennside, died March 24 at 1:08 a.m. in Reading Hospital, where she had been a patient for two days. Her husband, Otto Kosa, dies Jan. 6, 1988. Born in Coaldale, Schuylkill County, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Sophie (Didick) Drozdak. Surviving are two sons, Theodore, Reading and Otto, Apopka, Fla. Other survivors include a brother, Peter Drozdak, Conway, S.C. Services will be private in Charles Evans Cemetery Chapel. Burial will be in Charles Evans Cemetery. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading, is in charge of arrangements.
