Skylar James Hummel, 8 weeks, of Fleetwood, passed away suddenly in St. Joseph Medical Center, Bern Township.

He was loved dearly by his parents, Esther J. (Clouser), and Christopher W. Hummel.

Predeceased great-grandparents and grandparents are Prosper S. Guerre-Chaley; John A. Clouser; Wilma E. Clouser; Elaine V. Lott.
