Sidney M. Modesto

Sidney M. Modesto Jr., 39, of Reading, passed away April 15, 2018, in the Reading Hospital.

Born in New York City, NY, he was the son of Sidney M. Sr. and Marilyn (Modesto) Blum, Hartford, CT.

Sidney was employed by Age in Place Home Care, Hamburg as a home care aide and Viwinco Windows as a lead on the production .

He enjoyed cooking, dancing and listening to music. He was also a fashion graphic designer, starting his own clothing line, "Block Monster" and" Hush Lyfe". He loved spending time with friends and family and making sure everyone around him was taken care of. Everyone became a better person after meeting him.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his four siblings, Julian, husband of Elmerose Blum; Jermaine Blum, Brandon Blum, and Rachel Blum. He is also survived by his two uncles, Peter, husband of Lola Modesto; and Matthew Barbour; four aunts, Millie Daniels, Margaret Orellana, Maria Modesto and Margo Modesto; grandmother, Melba Modesto; cousins, Paul Modesto and Jared Modesto; and best friend, Kenny, husband of Ki Lillman.
