Shirley Ann Templin

Shirley A. Templin (Moyer), 86, of Shillington, passed away on September 28, 2022 with her daughters by her side.

Born in Reading, she is the youngest daughter of the late Robert and Bertha (Heffelfinger) Moyer.

A 1954 graduate of Reading High School, she cherished her high school friends Elaine, Nancy, and Silvia to the end; she called their friendship "Pure Gold." Shirley's devotion to the Lord was evident in her service to others and her church.

She is survived by her daughters, Lori A. wife of Troy Heck and Dr. Lisa Templin Hess; and four grandsons, Connor Heck and Ryan, Ty, and Kyle Blimline. She loved each of them deeply.

She is predeceased by her husband, Kenneth E. Templin, and her siblings: Arlene K. Deutsch (Moyer), Grace V. Moyer, Kenneth E., Richard E., and Robert E. Moyer.

A celebration of Shirley's life will be held at Calvary Bible Fellowship on October 9, 2022 @ 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
