Shirley L. Meck

Shirley L. (Kelley) Meck, 86 formerly of Leesport, passed away September 8, 2021, at Berks Heim.

Her husband of 46 years, Stuart T. Meck, died on December 5, 2011.

Born in Hershey, she was the daughter of the late Chester and Violet (Kreiser) Kelley.

Shirley was a homemaker who was dedicated to her family; one of the best gifts she gave her children was staying home to raise them.

She is survived by one son, Scott A., husband of Stacey Meck, Mt. Penn; and two stepchildren, Lori J., wife of John Yoder, Fleetwood, and Kris S., husband of Cindy Meck, DE. one granddaughter; five step-grandchildren and ten step-great-grandchildren also survive her.

Shirley was predeceased by three brothers, Elwood "Skoot" Kelley, Donald Kelley and her infant brother, Burdy Kelley.

The family would like to thank the staff at Berks Heim and Grandview Manor for the excellent care they provided Shirley.
