Shirley A. Giardiello, 76, of West Wyomissing, passed away Saturday, August 26, 2017, in Reading Hospital.

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Helen (Smith) Ebling.

Shirley worked as an accounting clerk at BCIU for 30 years.

She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Reading.

Shirley is survived by her son, Nicholas, husband of Afi Giardiello, and one granddaughter, Kelsi, wife of Riley Benson, and one sister, Joan (Ebling) Gray.

She was predeceased by three siblings, Jack Ebling, Helen (Ebling) Blimline, and Ruth (Ebling) Pappas.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, August 30, 2017, at 10 a.m., in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Avenue, West Reading. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. prior to the service in the funeral home. Online condolences may be recorded at www.kuhnfuneralhomes.com.
