Sharron L. Lash

Sharron L. (McMiller) Lash, 63, passed away July 14, 2014, in her Cumru Township residence.

She was the wife of Scott E. Lash.

Born in Blytheville, AR, she was a daughter of the late James and Elizabeth (Hullett) McMiller Smith.

She was employed as a Business Developer in advertising for Channel 69 WFMZ Maranatha Corporation.

She was vice president of the Berks County Council of Churches.

Sharron was a member of Spring Valley Church of God.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by four children, Edward Haney III., Michael C., husband of Regina Haney, Garland M. Haney and Desiree Lash all of Reading.

She is also survived by three siblings, Willie, husband of Minerva McMiller, St. Louis, James McMiller, Kutztown and Donna, wife of Donald Johnson, Chicago; four grandchildren, Javar Colon, Christian Haney, Gianna Haney and Amara Haney and one great-grandchild, Cameron Colon.

Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. in Spring Valley Church of God, 2727 Old Pricetown Rd, Temple, PA 19560. Burial will be in Bern Church Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading, PA 19611 and Friday from 9 to 11 a.m. in the church.
